Keith Henry, pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019ATAC. \u00ab L&rsquo;ATAC continuera de tirer parti des tactiques marketing compte tenu de la forte demande \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale et internationale pour les exp\u00e9riences touristiques autochtones exceptionnelles et pr\u00eates \u00e0 l&rsquo;exportation. L&rsquo;ATAC continuera \u00e9galement d&rsquo;investir dans une strat\u00e9gie visant \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les emplois en tourisme autochtone et de renforcer le sentiment positif des communaut\u00e9s et de nos entrepreneurs tant qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019avenir du tourisme autochtone au Canada. Notre vision est de cr\u00e9er 21 000 nouveaux emplois qui rapporteront 204 M$ au gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral sur trois ans par le biais de cotisations au RPC et \u00e0 l&rsquo;AE et de l&rsquo;imp\u00f4t f\u00e9d\u00e9ral sur le revenu. Notre industrie offre au Canada un excellent rendement sur les investissements publics. \u00bb<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Le plan d\u2019action 2022-23 de l\u2019ATAC met l\u2019accent sur une approche \u00e0 quatre piliers incluant les suivants :<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"6\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Leadership : <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Accro\u00eetre une opinion positive envers le tourisme autochtone, la repr\u00e9sentation et la transparence afin de consolider la r\u00e9putation sur le march\u00e9, instaurer la confiance chez les bailleurs de fonds et renforcer le soutien aux membres.<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cela comprend la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de revenus autonomes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des investissements pour le Congr\u00e8s international du tourisme autochtone organis\u00e9 par l&rsquo;ATAC;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"6\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Partenariat<\/span><\/b> <b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">:<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Unifier l\u2019industrie touristique autochtone au Canada en r\u00e9unissant les membres et les organisations cl\u00e9s de l\u2019industrie afin de renforcer les collaborations et de maximiser les r\u00e9sultats. Pour y parvenir, l\u2019ATAC s\u2019\u00e9vertue \u00e0 mobiliser des ressources avec les partenaires f\u00e9d\u00e9raux, provinciaux et r\u00e9gionaux par le biais d&rsquo;investissements dans les organisations touristiques autochtones provinciales et territoriales;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"6\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"3\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">D\u00e9veloppement : <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Encourager le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019offre touristique et les investissements de partenaires allochtones provinciaux et territoriaux dans le tourisme autochtone et le d\u00e9veloppement de la destination afin de rester concurrentiel \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale. RH Tourisme Canada jouera un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans les strat\u00e9gies de l\u2019ATAC en mati\u00e8re de formation et de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"6\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"4\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Marketing : <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Promouvoir le tourisme autochtone et son apport positif aux communaut\u00e9s et \u00e0 la culture au moyen de grandes actions marketing cibl\u00e9es, des initiatives de ventes, de la recherche et des m\u00e9dias.
